Breeding / Stud Agreements / chipform

Of course, some of you will wonder how to register the new coverages. We have come up with a very simple solution for this.
You can simply download the stud agreement / birth announcement here.  The stud agreement should be received by the studbook secretariat no later than 1 November of the current year, but preferably earlier.

You can choose from 3 different types of stud agreements:

Stud agreement for printing
A stud agreement that you print and fill in recto / verso. You make a copy of the completed stud agreement for the mare owner and for the studbook. The mare owner can write down the foal's details on the back (the birth declaration the following year, after which he or she sends the birth declaration to the studbook.

 

Stud agreement to fill in on pc - birth declaration manually
Stud agreement that you fill in digitally and then print. You make a copy of the completed stud agreement for the mare owner and for the studbook. The mare owner can write down the foal's details on the back on the birth declaration the following year, after which he or she sends the birth declaration to the studbook.

 

Stud agreement that you fill in completely digitally.
A stud agreement that you enter completely digitally on your pc. You can then send the stud agreement to the mare owner and the studbook secretariat. The Next year the mare owner also wil fill in the birth declaration digitally and send it to the studbook secretariat bij email or by mail.

 

Chipform

PLEASE NOTE! If  the stallion is 100 % pure-bred Falabella, but he is not registered with EFS, it is necessary that the stud holder also provides you with a copy of the DNA analysis certificate together with the stud agreement. It is the responsibility of the mare holder to send in this certificate.
